Action Against Hunger has been working in West Pokot region to enhance the resilience of the women from this community for decades. From introduction of Village Savings and Loan Associations (VSLAs) and Kitchen gardens and goat farming trainings to help improve on their nutrition and income strengthening, ACF has ensured that water is also available to these communities hence encouraging them to improve on their hygiene and water the animals and farms during dry seasons.
